Hi Vince,
you need to Edit > Preferences and in those menues you fill in the
username your ISP gave you, your password, the POP-server's name, the
SMTP-server's name (fill in these two while being online, as Netscape
confirms them right away) and lots of other settings. You should get all
this from your ISP.HTH!
