Can't send mail with Netscape

Hey Folks,

I'm running RH 5.0 and just got my ppp working...finally! (Thanks to posts
I read from here) When I try to send mail from Netscape, it sends my local
username to the POP server of my ISP.  Do I have to create a new user
with the username I use on my ISP and configure X and Netscape all over
again?
