I have a ps/2 mouse so i can't setserial it, but the /proc/interrupts
says the mouse is on irq 12 the modem is on irq 10, and none of the
other devices in proc intterupts use 10 nor do the other serial ports
cua0 and cua1.

Maybe I am confused how long does it take for minicom to intialise a
modem, I am assuming it is slow because win95 shows the login screen
(isp) almost instantaneously.
