One way you could try, which is a real pain BTW, is to set up an
obligatory proxy server and block with possibly sex-related wildcars
(*sex*, *anal, etc). This is the method they use at the University,
however I don't recommend it because it generates huge amounts of
incorrect blockings (for example if someone tries to search for cANAL),
not to mention hundreds of studies on sex-related issues, classification
of human data by sex, etc.
