The Tech Support is only for 30 days after you register the program.  After
that you're on your own.
I called once on my first install and although they did answer, I dind't
understand enough to fix.  I also got the answer and help from the maillist.
The price of the boxed set is worth it as it installs easily, doesn't take
long or possibly unrealiable download s  and the manuel is OK.  Worth the
price, but not because of the support.

Only my opinion.
