Lockvc-3.0 is a screensaver/locker intended to protect your console
from casual molestation when you must leave it untended.
I have constructed a PAM-aware Glibc version that should be suitable
for a RedHat system. I offered it to the author, but he said he
doesn't have time for it any more, I should upload it to sunsite.
It works fine on my slackware/Glibc/PAM/own code system, but I don't
want to turn it loose without a little more testing.
If anybody's game to test it, I can mail you either a tar.gz with
the binary, some doco, and the pam.d file, or patches to the source
you should find at
sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/utils/console
I don't know that it's there, I picked it off Incoming last spring,
and that's where the previous version lived.
In return, I'd like bug reports, or, preferably, success stories.
