rc.local would be a good place to start.
A excerpt from rc.local..
# This script will be executed *after* all the other init scripts.
# You can put your own initialization stuff in here if you don't
# want to do the full Sys V style init stuff.
So a line like.
if [ -f /sbin/oracle ]; then
echo "starting Orcale, whatever that is and does."
. /sbin/oracle
fi
Read the README form the oracle archive about "howto" start it.
