I was just wondering, would the installation of WordPerfect have any effect on using Pine? The reason I ask is that before when i wrote a message using Pine to another user, it was sent almost instantly, now the machine stops (freezes) and the only thing available is the three finger salute! :-( Wierd, to say the least!
