Hello Tay,
  If you install Linux over Windows, the Linux installation process should
guide you through a simple LILO (Linux Loader) configuration, most of the
time..  It might help knowing what version of Linux you are running, and in
which order you installed each operating system (Linux & Windows).  If you
are using Caldera, things might be a little more tricky..  The version of
Caldera I have didn't recognize the Windows partition, if this is the case I
can show you how to re-write your lilo.conf script to find both.
