Kinda, but it was 4.05 and 4.5 on suse. I'm not sure if this is the proper way to do this, but this is the way I have done it. Under suse it had everything under /opt/netscape I make a dir under /opt called netscape_4.5 then unziped, untared everything into that directory and it wooked smooth. Most of the prefences are under the users home dir so either netscape should find them and use them. The only glitch that there seems to be is when I start up the 'other' netscape after i used the first one it asks me if i accept the liscense agreement, other than that it works swell. I'm not sure if this is the correct way to go about it though. > > To Whom, > > Is there anyone that had success installing Netscape 4.5 from a tar.gz > file over a previous Netscape 4.08 rpm installation in Red Hat 5.2?
