HI!!
I'm a real newbie and am having a bit of a problem with my PPP dial-up
connection. I'm running redhat 5.2 and used linuxconf to setup a ppp
connection to my ISP. When I run it I hook up, run ifconfig and see
that it's running, but when I run Lynx it tells me that www.whatever.com
is a badly formed address. I can't run ftp or mail because I get the
same type of message. What's going on? I can't think of any reason it
would do this. I set it up almost the exact same way on 5.0 no problem.
Any ideas? If someone could point me in the right direction I would be
forever grateful!!
