Has anyone managed to get a Canon BJC-610 printer to work with Linux? I
can print ASCII documents just fine, but anything else (including the
postscript test file) causes an error message to print.
I did some research on the compatibility of the BJC-610, and found
various messages that described problems with Canon printers in general,
and one article (in German) that I *think* was discussing a fix for the
BJC-610 in particular (the AltaVista translation to English didn't help
much).
Any advice? I'm using the bjc600 print driver, as configured with the
GUI Redhat printer tool.
