I apologize for breaking protocal by replying above the message, but I
only have a short comment and many of you may not have benefited by
reading the original thread. anyway ....
Ray suggests using xf86config to set up X. Yes!! Armed with the proper
specs, it's never let me down. It ain't pretty, but it's not that ugly
either.
