Hi,
I am getting IO error when my ext2 partition is getting about 60%
full. More precicely, I get status 0x51 (DriveReady SeekComplete Error)
with error 0x40 (UncorrectableError).
I have 3 partitions: the first one is dos, second is swap and third is
ext2. The disk has 64 heads, 63 sectors and 787 cylinders. fdisk reports
first partion from 1 to 261, second from 262 to 278 and third from 279 to
787. However, fdisk also reports that partion 3 has different physical
logical endings (785 vs 786 ???). Finally, the v command (in fdisk) says
that, for partition 3, "previous sector 3173183 disagrees with total
3169151 62 unallocated sectors" (there should be 3173184 sectors).
Any idea.
