have problem with kppp

I have finely got kppp to connect to my ISP.  It dials then says
starting pppd then done but, when I try to get a wed page to come up it
will not come.  Netscape says something about some DNS error I don't
remember the exactly wording.  I've got my domain name setup in kppp as
well as my DNS numbers.  What could I be doing wrong.  I also think that
I successfully pinged my ISP.  I have RH 5.2 using KDE.
