I think he is saying that programs have to be written a certain way in
order to effectively utilise SMP, either that or Windoze users get
screwed over SMP licensing fees - bad example

No need to look that far check the link to an article about Linux
needing more than hype to compete with M$, ZD should be part of M$
press.
