Your question seems basic enough that I'll give the basic answer .. and
apologies in advance if I'm telling you what you already know.
To share drives (actually, filesystems) between WinXX and Linux hosts, the
Linux hosts use the Samba package. It includes a server that lets you
specify filesystems that can appear in the WinXX hosts' "Network
Neighborhood" and a client that it can use to access shared filesystems on
the WinXX hosts. For the details, consult the SMB HowTo at sunsite (and
probably on your Linux host) &/or the documents at www.samba.org (actually,
this URL just directs you to mirror sites, including a UK mirror).
Samba, BTW, will also let the Linux host act as a print server for the WinXX
hosts.
