ISDN adapter

Hi y'all

I'm buying an ISDN adapter, and i'd like to get some recomendations. Are
there any differences in the install procedure? Are there any known
"difficulties" with some adapters? are there any differences in what
country yr from? (phone companies lines)

i'd appreciate some info, and links to pages with HOWTO's or something like
that.
