Hi! I am installing redhat 5.0 on a set of boxes, and do not want to use the 'kickstart' function. Is it possible to just make a tar-file of the contents of one box, and then unpack it on the othe box, to make sure they will conbtain the same set of files ? I gueess it would be a good ides to skip some of the files in /etc (for instance HOSTNAME netwoks, hosts, etc), but is this a godd way to do it ? �
