linux kernel 2.2.x redhat .rpm ftp sites?

I saw a few blurbs that kernel updates for 2.2.x were now available in
redhat .rpm flavor.  I have scoured sunsite and redhat ftp sites as best I
know how, but couldn't find anything.  Can someone post the URL's for the
kernel update RPM's?  (If there is such a thing: I may have been dreaming
about it again).
