Well, I found that somebody asked the same question in
'debian-user' mailing list, and there were answers to it
that explain this behaviour: as far as I understand, there
is a conception of 'ownership' of the display, and if x-server
was started from one user, it will refuse to run programs from
other user, unless it has not been told to allow this user to
run programs (this permition can be granted by using xhost programm).
