hello everybody,
how can I format a floppy disk for dos under linux ? I found out, that I
have to do a low-level format with "fdformat /dev/fd0" and then I should
use the mformat tool to make a dos-fs on it. but how does mformat work ?
the man pages don�t say nothing about how many tracks and sectors and heads
I should use ...
I want to format a 1.44 MB floppy disk.
can someone help me ?
