You're right.  There's no such file.  It's MSDOS.SYS.  ANd you change
BootGUI=1 to BootGUI=0 so that DOS will boot.  You clearly demonstrated a
lack of knowledge of this point, and you have demonstrated *many* such
situations in which you LACK the required knowledge to get into such a
fight.  Get a damn book on computers.

Then come back and tell me that you don't have to change MSDOS.SYS.

Sure.  I have 12 years of computer experience behind me-- and I've read
many books on Microsoft DOS, Windows, and will be reading a book on LInux
shortly.
