In kernel version(s) 2.0.x that file was in /usr/src/linux/include/linux
Now i have a sneaky idea your trying to compile a higher version of some
program which is designed for a 2.2.x kernel while you have sources for
2.0.x kernels installed, or quite possably its because you have libc5
installed and you are trying to compile a program with libc6 definitions,
you will have "more" problems later if my (sneaky) theory is correct.
Perhaps you could explane what you are trying to do and what versions of
things you have installed.
