Ok....i just wrote in yesterday and said i had trouble mounting my floppy, and
the respoonse i got back was b/c of the ext2 in my fstab. I understand
that.......well someone told me to add another line to fstab saying:

/dev/fd0 /mnt/dosfloppy vfat ro,user,noauto 0 0

So this i also understand the reasoning behind.

Well, I have an ICON on my desktop that mounts the floppy, just makes it easier
for me! So what do i do now?? I tried to make another icon w/ the device
saying /mnt/dosfloppy (i made a dir named /mnt/dosfloppy), which i know should
be /dev/fd0, but i thought i would give it a try. Course did not work, when it
is mounted the icon does not change, and it will not mount from the icon
either....i can mount from command line, but when i try to umount from command
line i get an error saying the device is busy. So how do i make another icon
for mounting dos flops? why can i not specify a mount point when i choose to
have another file system device on my desktop?? Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mandy
