I am sorry if this has been addressed before, if it is so, i missed the
thread.
How do i make my backspace key behave properly in some applications running
under X? Presently, it seems to do nothing. I've put entry "keycode 22 =
Backspace" in my .Xmodmap file. Keyboard HOWTO doesnt seem to help much,
i've tried every octal and decimal keycode combination without getting any
furthur. Some keycodes (like 14) make backspace behave like space.
Another ques, may sound dumb, but i'll go on :) My mouse seem to work
properly in one x-term, but not in other. If i try to paste something
(pressing both mouse keys simul..), in one xterm, it works, but in the
other, i get characters like '!<2#<1' why is it so and how do i correct
this?
