Hi everyone,
I tryied to chat once with a java-based irc client (netscape???), and it
was SO slow!!!!!! It was eating a lot of memory and CPU time, and I really
don't know why... I know that java-applets are 'using' my machine's
resources, but I surely hope not like that!!! Could somebody explain me
why is it happening, and why? What could be the solutions to this problem?
Is it a Java thing or it's Netscape's fault?
Pentium 200MMX
64MB of RAM
I tryied with Netscape 4.05 & 4.06, with the same results...
