CD Alarm CLock

Does anyone know of an alarm clock program for linux that will kick the
CD player on at a preset time?  That and Quicken are the only things
that still require me to boot into NT now.  I've tried to use the "at"
command with "cdp" as a crude alarm clock, but have had no luck getting
it to work.
