Redhat 5.2 Printer Problems

I have a Hewlett Packard 672c deskjet printer.  I have attempted to
configure it under Red Hat 5.2 with printtool.  When I attempt to print
something all i get is a message on the piece of paper. "Unrecoverable
error: rangecheck in .putdeviceprops (1488) op_array(486)0x817b0d4:E"
Could someone let me knw what the problem could be?  This error occurs
no matter what i try to print, test page, etc.
