Though Linux gurus look with reasonable disregard to a practice in no way
viable for serious tasks, installing withing a folder in a dos partition is
really great for new users, curious, people that want to give a try: this
is a strong but undervaluated mean for linux advocacy.
- Who knows docs/resources about it?
- How to get it with the main distributions? 'Till now I've been able to do
it only with muLinux, which replies the whole file system from ram to the
target directory
