Hello,
I recently went to upgrade my mouseconfig from version 2.6-2 to
version 3.1.3-1 So I downloaded an RPM from the redhat ftp site. And
went to install it. As follows:

[root@routine RPMS]# rpm -U mouseconfig-3.1.3-1.i386.rpm
failed dependencies:
        libnewt.so.0.30 is needed by mouseconfig-3.1.3-1
[root@routine RPMS]#

Ok that's no problem, I went and got the latest newt and went to
install that.

[root@routine RPMS]# rpm -U newt-0.30-2.i386.rpm
failed dependencies:
        libnewt.so.0.20 is needed by mouseconfig-2.6-2

Now here's the problem, it won't let me upgrade my mouseconfig because
I need a newer libnewt, and it won't let me upgrade my libnewt because
my current mouseconfig needs the older libnewt? Am I missing
something here? I have also tried to use the --force option while
upgrading and still get `failed dependencies' can anyone help me out?
Please CC me if you have info as I am not on this list.
Thanks a lot,
Tim
