The crude approach, suitable for a SlackHat system like this one, is
rpm --nodeps
but then, don't go blaming prm if something doesn't work right.
The gentler approach is to install the new libnewt, leaving the old one
so as not to break any dependencies, upgrade the mouseconfig, then if
nothinng else is using the old libnewt, you may as well uninstall it.
