Its the same as 'ps aux' or any other ps option, if you had taken the time to
have read the man page for ps then it explanes;

       SIZE Virtual image size; size of text+data+stack.

and a litte further down the page;

       The SIZE and RSS fields don't count the  page  tables  and
       the  task_struct of a proc; this is at least 12k of memory
       that is always resident.  SIZE is the virtual size of  the
       proc (code+data+stack).

If you wish to obtain more details of a particular process i suggest you
take a look at the process number in the /proc filesystem.

'man ps'
'man proc'

Will explain far beter than i can.

You could also use a small prgram that Redhat installs, its called
'procinfo'.
