The list of supported cards at the Xfree86 site
(http://www.xfree86.org/cardlist.html) says that Riva TNT is supposed to
work with the SVGA server, which supports 256 colors and finer resolutions.
If you're having trouble making this server work with your card, you might
want to post some specifics (and make sure you're running an up-to-date
version of X).
