Firstly, doing this can be dangerous to your hardware. Connecting
a keyboard to a running PC can sometimes short out your motherboard.
Anyway, you say that the computer is a mail server. That leads me
to believe that it is part of a network and not a stand-alone machine. So
why would you want to go to the trouble of connecting a monitor and
keyboard when you can telnet to it from another machine and do what you
want to do?
