I couldn't agree more! In fact, I would go as far as to say that
because of all the documentation that comes with Linux anyone who had a
little bit of common sense and a desire to learn for themselves would
actually find Linux easier than Windoze.

Okay, this may sound a little pedantic, but there is no reason why
they can't earn money from installing Linux because they aren't selling a
product they are selling a service. They could even "sell" Linux
distributions (probably a little difficult when your competition is giving
it away for free)... According to the GNU General Public License
(Version 2, June, 1991)...

If only they would realize that they could make serious money by
just supporting Linux. Give the software away for free and charge for
consultation/support.
