I had this problem with a dlded TurboLinux...I dlded the whole
thing and burnt a CD, and tried to install from it....had pretty much the
same errors than you (with different files/packets)....when I did a careful
check of that CD (after installing RH from a CD I made from an ISO image :)
I found out that a bunch of the packs where corrupted/unreadable...that is,
bad downloads :( If your CD is a home-made, that MAY be your problem...try
to get an ISO image and create the CD from that. If it's not a burnt CD,
open it in Windows, and try to copy the offending files to your HD...if
they don't let themselves be copied, you have a scratched/badly burnt CD
(yes, it happens to the pros too :) If you CAN copy them...I have no clue
what your problem may be :)
