Sorry; I misinterpreted the intent of your original question (I thought you
were trying to save download time by buying a CD set).

Through the Debian site, you can find the "CD-manufacture" document, which
gives you the details on making CDs. The US mirror site location for this
document is ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/README.CD-manufacture, but you
may have a better Debian mirror for your location (the nearest country to
Albania on the list is Bulgaria).

The Debian site (www.debian.org) also lists a link for "Official CD Image"
but I can't get a response from it this morning, so I'm not sure if it's
what you need or not. You might give it a try, though.

P.S. I'm copying this message, including your reply to me, back to
linux-newbie. These requests for help really are better kept on the list,
not moved to personal exchanges.
