i have 5 computer's runing linux 3 of then are diskless and boot of the nfs - file server but i am useing a veary old ver lib5 (user-space) nfs server the source well not compilie on a lib6 system my file server runs on lib6 but libs nfs-server works but dose not work on dosemu i get lock prob i have the new source but when i install it the computers that boot of the fileserver but a lot of files are permission denied (so it dose not work) the RootDirs are setup on the file server as thay wold be seen on the cilent eg thear is no user id trans 0777 file are 0777 & 0700 file are 0700 my exports file looks like this (rw,no_root_squash) if thear is no whay of geting this to work (diskless computers need to boot of something) i will have to go to the source code and cut out access checking (not the right way to do it) Thank you
