You can, however, if you're going to do this, MAKE SURE THAT YOU CREATE A
BOOT/RESCUE DISK SET.  The reason for this being that you will have to use
them to reinstall LILO when you have completed the Windows NT install.

If you use FAT (you can't use FAT32) then you will run into a file
security problem.  You MUST use NTFS if you want any type of permissions
security at all.

You must use the NT bootloader - make sure that the bootloader for NT is
on the bootsector of the NT partition.

In this case, just create the Red Hat Rescue Disk - the boot disk is
essentially the CD-ROM.
