HI.
I�ve got to develop a web page for a junior enterprise (a real
engeneering enterprise ran by college students wich only goal is the
learning of the actual reality of engineering, not what we are taught at
school http://polijr.mcca,ep.usp.br )and I thought that doing this under
linux would be a good solution. I�m looking for programs which I can use
in linux to make this page. I don�t know nothing about html, cgi or
other styff, but am willing to learn. If I successfully develop this
page, I can prove to the other members of the enterprise that linux is
worthy learning. We have only one of our 4 machines running both linux
and win NT, but our idea is to make our server run linux too, but we
have to convince the others that throwing away all the permissions we
bought from Microsoft is indeed a good idea.
Please, if somebody works with webdesign and can give me hints of where
to find the right programs and good tutorials or howtos, my thanks in
advance.
