On my cdrom all i see is;

[root@pa3gcu images]# ls
TRANS.TBL  boot.img  bootnet.img  pcmcia.img  rescue.img

I would say pcmcia.img in answer to your question, however i have never
installed on a laptop, but thats what i would choose.
Both is _not_ an option, its one or the other.
