It's actually <http://www.xfree86.org/cardlist.html> . This source is as
close to a single up-to-date source as you can find, listing all the cards
supported by the current, official release of Xfree86.

But even it will omit some cards supported by experimental servers that are
not part of the official Xfree86 package. If there's a single authoritative
source that collects that info, I don't know about it. So if you check this
list and don't find your card listed, it is sometimes worth it to post a
VERY SPECIFIC query that describes your card EXACTLY (make, model, chipset,
memory size) and asks if anyone knows of an experimental server for it (or,
of course, you could search for one in the usual ways).
