Probably the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program - http://www.gimp.org/)
would replace PSP fairly well. And, unlike PSP, you can't beat the price
for GIMP!!!
Anybody else have any suggestions -- its not like I've tried ANYTHING else....
