I have a fresh install of Redhat 6.0 and am trying to get Quake3
going. Here's my problem, I'm using a Diamond Viper 550 card with the
linux drivers from Nvidia (followed the link off the Mesa3d website). I
installed all the rpms (execpt devel) and installed the rpm for Q3 only
to find that linux wouldn't even see that the file was there. If I'm in
its directory and type the executables name its comes back saying
"command not found" . Did a litle searching turns out I was missing a
library. I thought it was the Mesa3d ones so I downloaded them did a
make and out flew a ton of options that I really have no clue what do
with and none of which looked like my configuration. So about now I'm
lost and any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
