Xserver

Hi,
I installed a Xserver while I was going through the installation procedure.
Because of the wrong Xserver I loaded the startx didn't work. Then I
used Xconfigurator to configure for Xserver. But It wasn't allowed to
change the Xserver. It says
                server dosen't exist. Can't continue.
                tried to use ../.. /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_Mono
and jump on to the prompt.
