I deleted Koliya's first question, i belive he stated he has a S3 86C365
(Trio3D) which in itself is "unsupported" however he could use the VGA16
server. Unsupported as in Redhat-6.0 and slackware-3.6, maybe its worthwile
looking at www.xfree86.org for more info.

The above error mesasage implies he will have problems if i interpret the
error message correctly.
What has happend is that his distro will have installed the S3 driver and
nothing else, thats why he gets the error message.
What he will need to do is install the VGA16 driver from his distribution
source medium, after doing that i suggest using "xf86config" instead of
Xconfigurator or the likes.

To see which servers are installed one could do;

ls -al /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86*
