        Afaik rpm starts with the first rpm it can find in the directory, if this
is not the gtk+ (what i pretty much guess) then the rpm that is installed
will deliver dependendy failures because gtk+ is not installed in that
moment. Try to install first the gtk+ rpms, the the glib packages, then the
libguile.so.2, then the umb-scheme package (those are the missing packages
on the list u gave). If it doesn't work this way you can still do the
stupid but working try-on-error method. Just go through all the rpms and
install those first that don't create any errors, then do the rest and so
on. I know that some of the linux cracks probably would like to k-line me
from this mailing list, but hey, it worked fine for me several times.

        To cut it short, it is important in which order you install the packages,
just using rpm -ihv *.rpm (or -Uvh what u used, but i dunno the difference
it makes) chooses technically randomly the rpm packages, just in the order
rpm finds them in the directory.
