Yea mac serial ports are the exact same as those on the pc, expect
they are phyiscally differant at the connecters.  Some macs I've seen
have really same connecters, like ps/2 size and other are kinda big.  If
you can find an adapter that converts it from the mac size to pc it will
work find. Look around in best buy or some "ma & pa" computer hardware
stores.
