Available in html (though labeled "(not upto date)"), gzip, and text
versions. Last time its location was posted to the list (that I could find)
was back in February. The FAQ is very long, though, so I think many of us
would find frequent posting something of a burden. Perhaps just a weekly (or
whatever) pointer to it, something even shorter than this message of mine?
